Shipping policy

This policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from Brooks & Dalton. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is successfully completed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Processing times may be extended in the following cases:

  • High order volume
  • Payment verification or security review
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

If additional information is required, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship orders to the United States, Canada, and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 7–11 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 4–6 business days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 5–8 business days

International

  • Standard Shipping: 10–14 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 6–9 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear in the carrier system.


SHIPPING LIMITATIONS & DELAYS

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • High seasonal demand

Brooks & Dalton is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailable recipients
  • Lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect information

TAXES, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

  • These charges are not included in your order total
  • The customer is responsible for any applicable fees

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only if the request is made before the order has been processed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
